Reservations are accepted from the first day of each month until the last day of the following month.
(Reservations cannot be made more than two months in advance (e.g., from April 1, reservations will be accepted until the last day of May.
Reservations can be made up to one week in advance.
Please inform us of any Dietary Restrictions or food allergies at the time of reservation. We may not be able to accommodate requests after your visit.
Guests must be 12 years of age or older to use the restaurant.
Chef's Table by Katsuhito Inoue is not eligible for Marriott Bonvoy member discount and point redemption.
Please note that we may call you a few days in advance for final confirmation of your reservation.

Please be aware of the following requests regarding your visit to the restaurant
Please refrain from wearing strong fragrances such as perfume.
Please refrain from wearing perfume or strong scents.
When entering the restaurant, please take off your shoes at the entrance. Please understand this in advance.

To Cancel A reservation
Cancelation on the day of reservation or the day before, or change of the number of persons will be subject to a cancelation fee of 100% of the food and beverage charge.
Cancelation 3 days prior to the reserved date: 70% of the food and beverage charge / Cancelation 2 days prior to the reserved date: 50% of the food and beverage charge
